You Can Now Get A Pink “Republic Of Singapaw” IC For Your Pet, Similar To Your Own

These customised pet identity cards are of course, not recognised in the eyes of the law - the “Republic of Singapaw” header at the top should give that away. Nevertheless, they’re still a cute keepsake to have! Besides, if human citizens have ICs, why can’t animals?

It doesn’t matter if your pet is a dog, cat, hamster, rabbit, or something less common like a parrot or turtle. All animal IC requests will be accepted.
We love how these look almost like the real deal, with quirky animal-related twists here and there. Check out the cute paw print - in lieu of a crescent moon and 5 stars - on the coat of arms!

Each pet IC will include a photo of your furry friend, along with his or her name, breed, date of birth, country of birth, and sex. Interesting to note is that, just like hooman ICs, these come with the option of adding your pet’s name in Chinese or Arabic characters too.

You can also add your pet’s microchip number, along with your own name, contact number, and address at the back of the card. This will make settling admin-related procedures at the vet more conveniently, as all the vital information that’s needed can be easily accessed in one place.

These handy pet identity cards are the size of a regular Singaporean IC and can easily fit into a standard card case or wallet’s card slot. Take it along with you as you would your own NRIC - you’ll never know when it might come in handy, especially in the event of any pet-related emergencies.
