1. Roasted Wagyu Beef Burger

Those who love a good beef burger, make a beeline to Niku Niku Butchery! Each of their Roasted Wagyu Beef Burgers ($14) comes absolutely packed full of juicy, melt-in-your-mouth beef slices, along with caramelised onions, all served up inside warm, toasted buns.
2. Gelato Shaved Ice

No summer food fair is complete without a heaping serving of shaved ice, especially when they look as pretty as the ones from Shiroyama.
