Mai Hiam Buay Pai is the brainchild of Averlynn, whose passion for baking started 12 years ago and she has never stopped since.
In case you didn't know, Mai Hiam Buay Pai is a Hokkien saying which loosely translates to "it's not bad if you're not fussy". This witty brand name came about when Averlynn randomly thought of embracing her Hokkien roots while on a night run burning off some calories from brownies.

Only the best ingredients go into these fudgy, chewy and moist treats - Belgian dark chocolate couverture (high quality chocolate made with cocoa butter for a glossy appearance and smooth texture) and French butter from Normandy (has superior texture and flavour).

Each brownie comes in an 8" by 8" square and there are four classic flavours available - Original, Coffee, Triple Choc and Earl Grey Dark Choc Chunk.
