Baileys Treat Bar: Limited Edition Ice-Cream & Alcohol Flavours Like Red Velvet, Strawberries & Cream
Fans of Baileys are in for a real treat this month. For the whole of December 2020, ice cream cafe Apiary at Tanjong Pagar will be transformed into a pastel pink pop-up Baileys Treat Bar, the first of its kind in Southeast Asia. Previously, this pop-up made its way around other countries like the UK and USA, and was a hit among thousands of alcohol-lovers.
Here, you can indulge in your love for all-things Baileys - from limited edition ice-cream, to variations of the Irish cream drink itself in special seasonal flavours like Strawberries and Cream and Red Velvet. Here’s the scoop - pun unintended.

Originally in white and generally nondescript, Apiary has gotten a pastel makeover as part of its transformation into Baileys Treat Bar. On the exterior is a soft coat of pink, while the inside is a mix of the same pink with mint green, bringing a retro quality to the ambience.

Amping up the aesthetic points are neon lights in fluorescent pink - which make a great backdrop for your foodie shots.

With Apiary being an ice-cream joint, it is not surprising that you’ll find a range of Baileys ice-cream as part of this pop-up.

Flavours include Baileys & Brownies, Baileys Strawberry Swirl, and Baileys Cherry Cupcake. These are all made using different flavours of the alcoholic drink.

Baileys & Brownies has the Original version of Baileys in it, while Strawberry Swirl and Cherry Cupcake come with Baileys Strawberry & Cream and Baileys Red Velvet Cupcake respectively. The latter 2 are new seasonal flavours that you’d be hard pressed to find elsewhere, so make sure you take this chance to get a rare taste!

Each serving of ice cream will be given a complimentary portion of Baileys Drizzle - a special sauce that is made fresh in-house, created to pair well with all the ice-cream flavours available. Pick from cone or cup options.

Desserts aside, you can also Baileys Iced Coffee for a double buzz created by both caffeine and alcohol - best of both worlds! But if that’s too strong for you, you can go for the Baileys Iced Chocolate instead.

Baileys Treat Bar at Apiary will be open till 31 December 2020. Reservations are not available so you’ll just have to walk in and try your luck. Hopefully there won’t be a long queue - but if there is, we’re sure it’ll be worth the wait.
