This recipe will make 10 pieces of naan.

Ingredients for the dough:

-150g of plain yogurt
-400g of room temperature water
-1 tablespoon of sugar
-1 teaspoon of salt
-2 tablespoons of oil
-1 teaspoon of yeast
-750g of all-purpose flour

-Butter
-Finely chopped garlic
-Coriander

How to make:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough except flour.

2. Mix the flour in and let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

3. Knead the dough for 1 minute and ferment for 1.5 hours.

4. Any time during the fermentation, knead the dough one more time for 1 minute.

5. Divide the dough into 10 small pieces let it rest for 30 minutes.

6. Preheat the oven with a pizza stone at 290 degrees or the highest temperature that your oven has.

7. Shape the naan and place it on a whisk covered in a damp cloth. Transfer the naan to the pizza stone in the oven immediately to avoid stickiness. Bake for 2-3 minutes.

8. Remove from the oven and brush the top with a mixture of chopped garlic, melted butter and coriander.
