After making its re-debut at ICON Village, Alice Boulangerie has brought its squirrel- and forest-inspired whimsy to Raffles City. This second outlet serves up signature favourites, exclusive dishes as well as the prettiest gourmet buns.

Fine Crumbs - New Bakery Concept

Greeting customers is a quaint little walk-in bakery, Fine Crumbs, where they'll be spoilt for choice with an array of colourful buns in sweet and savoury flavours.

Freshly baked daily with premium Japanese flour and the Yudane method, Fine Crumbs buns are soft, chewy and free of artificial additives. They undergo a slow 12‑hour fermentation to gently develop flavour and texture. Bread lovers can expect a continually refreshed line-up of buns, and it's not just its fillings that are different, the buns themselves are also thoughtfully infused with creative flavours.

For instance, the Beef Bulgogi Bun ($5.70) has a subtly sweet corn bun that enhances the savoury Korean‑style marinated beef. The one we'll definitely be back for more is the Matcha Nama Bun ($6.50), a rich, indulgent treat layered with nama matcha chocolate and mascarpone matcha cream, all encased in a fluffy matcha bun and dusted lightly with matcha powder.

To the right of the bakery is a stylish dine-in area with an open kitchen so you can catch the chefs in action.

Inspired by traditional English and Scottish cottages, the dining space has a homey and rustic yet upscale ambience perfect for wearing your cottagecore fits. Creeping tree branches and earthy elements are combined with more modern features like sleek cove lighting.

There's also an alfresco dining space flanked with autumnal foliage - best for cooler days or dinners!

Exclusive Menu Items at Alice Boulangerie at Raffles City

Besides its photo-worthy buns, the Raffles City outlet has another exciting new addition to try: an exclusive menu of refined starters and mains.

Start light with the Wagyu Beef Tartare ($26) made with hand‑cut Bolar blade. If you've always been curious but hesitant to try steak tartare, this is a perfect beginner dish to dip your toes in the raw beef world. It's generously seasoned with fermented pepper and a touch of hot sauce and so has a lovely aroma that balances out that metallic taste. It's served alongside crisp sesame lavosh.

Another standout appetiser is the Scallop Crudo ($24). The delicately sliced sashimi‑grade Hokkaido scallops are dressed in citrusy house ponzu and laksa leaf oil, with Thai green mango adding a refreshing tang.

For mains, go for the Grilled Chicken (S$48). Good for two diners, this whole spring baby chicken is marinated overnight in aromatic achiote and spices, then charcoal‑grilled till juicy and smoky. It's served with charred seasonal vegetables, creamy aioli and punchy sambal cincalok.

If you're craving something light and hearty, order the Aqua Pazza ($39). This coastal classic stars seared smoked black cod in a bright, tangy tomato sauce layered with black olives, pearl onions, capers and cherry tomatoes. Crispy fish strips crown the dish, adding texture to every bite.
