Feeling peckish, parched and past your step limit after a day at Singapore Oceanarium or Universal Studios Singapore? You can always scooch over to the new mall, WEAVE at Resorts World Sentosa. Shops, cafes and restaurants - including a fancy Din Tai Fung outlet - are slowly but surely opening, providing some much-needed air conditioned respite as well as bites and drinks to refuel.
And if you're in the mood for Instagram story-worthy bingsu, mochi ice cream, and Asian-inspired pastas, head to Homm Dessert. The Australian-Thai cafe's second outlet in Singapore, this cafe offers exclusive menu items including a new savoury menu.

Good news for those who love a good sando, Homm Dessert at WEAVE has introduced these aesthetic Japanese-style sandwiches to its menu!
You can go wrong with the flavour-packed Garlic Soy Prawn Sando ($17.80), which has juicy fried prawns with pickled cucumber, shallots, coleslaw, mayo and housemade garlic soy sauce.

A more unique option is the Siracha Salmon Sando ($18.80) with Norwegian smoked salmon and Sriracha in a caviar-like form that pops in the mouth.

Other Sando fillings include Chicken Karaage ($13.80) and Chicken Luncheon & Cheese ($14.80).
Going West this time, Homm Dessert has also added pastas to its savoury line-up, some with Asian-inspired flavours.
We gobbled up the Mentaiko Prawn Capellini ($18.80), a rich yet well balanced dish with shrimp roe, seaweed, furikake, and a generous blanket of torched Homm's mentaiko mayonnaise. Completing this indulgent pasta are two grilled tiger prawns.

Love anything chilli crab-flavoured? You'll enjoy the Thai Chilli Crab Linguine ($22.80) that recreates the addictive taste of the iconic dish. It's also taken up a notch with two crispy soft-shelled crabs.
If you're craving something lighter on the palate, there's the Mango Soba Salad ($16.80). Super satisfying on hot days, this chilled vegetarian salad comes with soba, mango, avocado, coriander, red onions and a soft-boiled egg. It's served with a spicy and citrusy dressing made of chilli and lime juice.

On to the fun part and Homm Dessert's specialty - the desserts, of course!
The first of the outlet-exclusives is the Brulee Mochi Sundae ($8.80). These upside-down gelato cones are wrapped in sweet and chewy mochi that's caramelised to perfection, and finished with toppings like fruit, boba and konjac. It comes in three flavours: Coconut, Thai Tea and Strawberry. This cute dessert will soon be launched at the Raffles City cafe too!

Next is Mount Chendol ($18.80), which needs no explanation. This local-inspired dessert has a heap of coconut shaved ice surrounded by jackfruit strips, pandan jelly, semi-smashed red beans, creamy corn, grass jelly and gula melaka.

The whipped cream cheese on Homm Dessert' signature bingsu now tops two drinks for a creamy, cheesy twist: the Cheese Top Taro Milk Tea ($7.80) and Cheese Top Thai Milk Tea ($6.80).
