If you love the tai tai vibes of a relaxing afternoon tea, you'll enjoy the tea-pairing session at this bar.

Start by taking a whiff of different tea leaves and selecting your favourite. The tea barista will then prepare the tea with a theatrical touch: pouring hot water over tea leaves and a ceramic "xiao long bao" that changes colour with the heat!

The tea-pairing comes with snacks too, including Din Tai Fung's flaky and buttery Pineapple Tarts stuffed generously with not-too-sweet pineapple jam.

More of a cocktail girlie? Try one of the three tipples inspired by the Chinese characters of Din Tai Fung (鼎泰豐).

Din ($30) is a floral and fruity cocktail made with Bombay Sapphire Gin, homemade jasmine syrup, lychee juice, strawberry purée and a splash of lemon juice. A more tropical blend is Tai ($30), which has citrus-infused Patrón
Silver Tequila, fresh pineapple, lime juice, and a drizzle of honey. For something bold, go for Fung ($30), that has Bacardi Spiced Rum, Bénéroy Fine Calvados, house-made lemongrass and ginger syrup, lemon juice, and a hint of ginger beer.

These cocktails, along with the bar bites like Taiwanese Fried Chicken ($9.80), can also be ordered from (or moved over to) the main dining area to enjoy with your meal.

Start with some side dishes like Honey & Vinegar Short Ribs ($12.90), Taiwanese Crispy Battered Squid ($11.80) and our favourite, the Fried Cod Bites ($36.80) - it's worth the splurge!

Lobster fiends will adore the Premium Lobster Dry Noodle in Chef's Seafood Sauce ($39.80). It has Din Tai Fung's springy noodles covered in housemade seafood sauce and a fragrant shredded scallop mixture, topped with onsen eggs made with pasteurised eggs, fresh leeks, and spring onions.

If you're feeling adventurous, order the Steamed Beef Tenderloin Xiao Long Bao ($18 for 6pc | $27 for 10 pc) that's reminiscent of Taiwanese braised beef noodles. Nothing can top the iconic Pork Xiao Long Bao, but this new rendition might be up your alley if you're a beef lover.
