Instagram Worthy Daisy Tartlets No Bake Required
Feel like making an insta-worthy dessert this week? We've got you covered! You don't need a diploma from cooking school to pull them off, and even a beginner can make these in a pinch. For this insta-worthy dessert, you don't even have to turn on the oven!

Ingredients (For 4 tartlets):
Tarts
- Butter, 30g
- Powdered sugar, 25g
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Whole Egg, 10g
- Low-gluten flour, 60g
Matcha Filling
- Whipping Cream, 50g
- Matcha powder, 3g
- White chocolate, 70g
Petals
- Whipping Cream, 90g
- Sugar, 7g
- Orange Food Colouring, A few drops
Instructions:

Tarts
1) Add 30g of melted butter > 25g of powdered sugar > 10g of egg in sequence. Stir them evenly after adding one ingredient at a time.
2) Finally, add 60g of low-gluten flour to form a dough and refrigerate for more than 1 hour.

3) Remove from the fridge and roll into thin slices. Use a 6cm diameter mould ring to make the bottom and round edges of the tarts, poke a few holes in the bottom of the tart, and put it in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
4) Once the tarts are cooled down, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Matcha Filling

1) Mix the matcha powder and whipped cream evenly, then heat in the microwave for 30 seconds,
2) Add white chocolate and mix well. Matcha filling is ready!

3) Squeeze the Matcha filling into the tarts.

1) Whip 7g of sugar and 50g of whipping cream, then take out a small portion and add orange food colouring and mix well, pour into a semi-circular mould to fill and put in the refrigerator to freeze.
2) Put the remaining cream into the decorating bag.

3) Take out the tarts from the fridge. Squeeze 6 cream balls on the tart.
4) Put a small plastic piece on the tart to press out the petals and freeze with the plastic piece for more than 1 hour.

5) Remove the plastic sheet. Remove the frozen orange semicircle and place it in the middle of the petals.
*Tip: If you want to save trouble and do want to make orange semi-circular cream cubes, you can use a small spoon to dig out the semi-circular mango instead, which will save you a lot of time!
