Should I take protein?
He recommended some Hollywood supplements and according to Steve, "protein helps enhance msucle fibre and melatonin helps you to sleep. Sleep aids in hormonal growth that helps us be lean and strong."

Chris: There was so much pain involved in the first week.

Diet Plan
There is NO CHEAT DAY if you plan for an intensive 4/5 weeks quick pay-off workout.

The idea is this, you need to get enough calories. Feed the muscle and starve the fat. No sugar, low carbs, low sodium and heavy protein. Sugar and a lot of carbs will feed the fat.

Kelsey: The greatest challenge is the food. My friends want to have pizza, pasta and those are foods that I cannot have and I hate being the person that's picky.

For Chris, it wasn't all that hard. But for Kelsey...
