No one makes financiers like Henri Charpentier, so it's exciting that the French-inspired Japanese patisserie is launching a limited-time high tea set including the iconic financiers and more best-selling desserts. This experience is part of Henri Charpentier's five-day pop-up at Madame on 69 Tras Street from 9 to 13 October to mark the brand's 10th anniversary in Singapore. Rounding up the event is an exclusive workshop, limited-edition gift sets and even a free cake!
Salon de Thé - High Tea Experience

Served on a classic tiered stand, the Henri Charpentier High Tea comes with the most well-loved cakes and pastries balanced with savoury treats. These nibbles can be enjoyed with a free flow of champagne, wines, cocktails and mocktails, tea or coffee. Ending the indulgent affair on a dramatic note is the famous Crêpe Suzette that will be flambéed at the table.

The high tea set for two is served from 10 to 13 October, in two seatings from 12 to 2pm and 6.30pm to 8.30pm, and is priced at $60 per person.
The Atelier - The Shortcake Workshop
Those who fancy having Henri Charpentier-worthy cake-decorating skills under their belt can sign up for The Shortcake Worshop.
Led by Head Chef Kenji Yokota, this intimate workshop at Madame lets participants learns about the artistry and precision that goes into each cake while they decorate their own 12cm Strawberry Shortcake.

The workshop will be held from 10 to 13 October, 3.30pm to 4.30pm, and is priced at $40 per person. Participants will receive a Henri Charpentier apron and enjoy complimentary champagne, wines, cocktails and mocktails.
