There's a new afternoon tea in town! Sofitel Singapore City Centre is taking us away on a whimsical adventure with their new afternoon tea inspired by the enchanting Athenian forest in Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream!

The most magical part? Almost everything in this set is edible—from the soil and green moss to the butterfly decorations. It perfectly captures the magical forest theme!
Step into a fairy tale as each afternoon tea set arrives under a clear acrylic dome, with treats arranged on a tiered stand and nestled in edible moss. Even the menu looks like a classic storybook!

On the sweet side, the set includes the Magical Toadstool—a velvety strawberry crème mushroom cap perched on lime crème and mango compote in a crackling chocolate shell. Hazelnut chocolate fans will love with the Enchanted Fudge Log, featuring creamy cashew nut praline in white chocolate and a touch of pandan-flavoured moss. Don’t miss the Orb of Dew, a cake made with smoked rosemary and pear.

For savoury delights, Puck’s Playful Tartlet combines smooth duck liver mousse with raspberry jelly and onion chutney in a charcoal tart shell.
Don’t miss the Comté Bark Chips with Fairy Dust! This savoury treat features crispy maple chips made from popiah skin, baked with maple syrup to look like tree bark. Topped with a light, fluffy emulsion of premium French Comté cheese and Dijon mustard, and finished with a sprinkle of ground chargrilled leek, it’s a magical bite of flavour.
