Famous Japanese Soufflé Pancake Cafe Flipper's Pancakes Opens In Singapore Today

Their pancake batter is made of Japanese fresh milk, a flour blend with soft "Kitahonami" flour from wheat grown in Hokkaido, and premium AOP-certified French butter. This combination gives their pancakes a light and luscious flavour as well as a soft, cloud-like and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
To keep hygiene standards, Flipper's Pancakes has done away with traditional physical menus and provided QR codes instead which you can scan to see the online menu.
There are six pancake flavours, four sweet, one savoury and one limited edition flavour.
