Kendall Jenner’s New House Revealed: Gold Bathtub, Painting Studio, & “Hannah Montana Room”
Usually keeping under the radar compared to her sisters like Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner’s is a relatively private person - as private as a reality TV star can be. But in an exclusive tour with Architectural Digest, she virtually invites us into her massive house in Los Angeles, California, for a full tour of her lavish yet cosy abode which took a whole year to renovate.
Read on to find out more about Kendall Jenner’s LA home!

Being located “in the mountains” of Los Angeles, Kendall’s home is surrounded by nature and she wanted to embrace that calm peacefulness with a lot of windows. It certainly helps that she has a sprawling garden, and a swimming pool that already came with the house.

That toned-down nature is also apparent in the earthy colours she has selected for her decor - save for her multiple pieces of colourful artwork which stand out nicely against the muted shades.

First, she takes us to her “formal living room”, which she made sure has no television to help facilitate “deep talks” between her and her friends.

Here, there are two long couches facing each other, and a fireplace where the TV would have been. She does have a separate family entertainment room for movie marathons and such.

There’s also a 1965 radio phonograph here, which she got for Christmas. Looks like she’s quite the vinyl collector!

Next up is the bar area. According to her, her mother Kris Jenner is “notorious” for having the best home bars. Guess she’s continuing the legacy.

Just look at all those drinks! Needless to say, this is where the party’s at.

Of course, a celebrity like her would need her own powder room - one with a heavy 300lbs (~136kg) stone sink, no less. This was apparently the most difficult part of her home to get fixed.

She also has her own home office, with a well-lit walkway that connects to the courtyard with a lemon tree.

In fact, most of the rooms in her home connect directly to the backyard, since the house is built in a U-shape.

Though she admits she’s not good at painting, Kendall has her own art studio because it’s an activity she really enjoys, especially when she needs to unwind when stressed.

You would think that a millionaire would have her own home chef and with no need to prepare her own meals, but you’ll be surprised to know that the kitchen is her most used room in the house. She says she’s in there almost every single day and night, whipping up meals with her pals.

The funny thing is that she never cooked in her last house, but this one gives her the feeling of wanting to cook and bake.

Well, who wouldn’t want to spend time in such a spacious kitchen, especially with gold taps? We counted at least three of them - including one fixed to the wall near the stove that’s specifically for filling the self-proclaimed tea addict’s teapot.

Kendall has converted two of her bedrooms into every girl’s dream: A "Hannah Montana room”, and a “glam room”. The “Hannah Montana room” is full of clothes and shoes, and is basically where she does her outfit fittings.

The “glam room” is where she gets all dolled up with the help of her hair and makeup artists. Everyone in her family has a room like that in their own homes.

Here, the walls are full of framed magazine covers featuring herself - an idea she and her other sisters all copied from Kim.

Kendall’s actual bedroom, the master bedroom, looks like one of the most peaceful spots in her house. It’s almost like a mini two-room apartment in itself, with a comfy sitting area and two-way fireplace.

Against the wall are a pair of old doors from Italy, which her mother Kris has been saving and bringing from house to house each time they moved.

A particularly curious feature is the neon light art above the fireplace, which shows a set of measurements along with the phrase “Glad to hear you’re a happy girl”. This piece is by artist Tracey Emin, and Kendall casually mentions that she thinks it is the dimensions of the artist’s ex-boyfriend’s phallus.

Moving on to the sleeping area - this has a humongous bed, along with a giant television for cosy Netflix sessions.

The bedroom also comes with its own tea area, much like a hotel room mini-bar.

Perhaps the most lavish part of her house is the en-suite bathroom, which comes with marble countertops, gold taps, and….a big gold bathtub. Kendall soaks in this very tub at least three times a week - self-care at its finest.

This bathroom leads to a walk-in closet, which Kendall purges at least every two months. We can see why - that’s enough clothes, shoes, and bags for a whole boutique.

Must be fun to live in such a spacious and beautiful home - it’s almost like having a perma-staycay all year round.
