Nothing is as it seems – is everyone who they claim to be? Suspicions arise and you are bound to be kept on your toes in this cat and mouse game of deception and trust, entwined with a seemingly perfect marriage between a detective and a man with a complicated past.

If dramas with a riveting storyline like The World of the Married is any indication, it's safe to say Flower of Evil will be as exciting and will keep you at the edge of your seat.

#3 Lee Joon Gi and Moon Chae Won's great chemistry

In case you didn't know, Flower of Evil is Lee Joon Gi and Moon Chae Won's second time working together. Having played partners-in-crime in the 2017 drama Criminal Minds, they are both no strangers to each other which explains their chemistry on screen in Flower of Evil!

#4 An unforgettable emotional rollercoaster ride

The show opens with moments of bliss between the couple but it won't be long before everything starts to fall apart. Cha Ji Won begins to track down her husband Baek Hee Sung's past and suspects that he may be a serial killer. What happens when one has a love that one never wants to lose but the dark truths that surface could ruin everything?

What made our heart ache the most in the first two episodes were the scenes of Baek Hee Sung and his daughter. He seemed to really care for her and she regarded him as her "favourite person in the entire world". As viewers, we can't wait to see justice be served but at the same time wonder what the innocent little girl will have to go through when the truths are revealed.

If you are ready to delve deeper into the mysteries of Flower of Evil, you can watch the first two episodes on Viu and catch new episodes every Thursday and Friday, eight hours after broadcasting in Korea!
