These simple arm slimming exercises will only take about 15 minutes of your time and can be done either sitting down or standing up, whichever way your lazy self prefer. ?

Stretch your arms out straight by your sides and curl your hands into a fist. Rotate your arms clockwise for 30 seconds and anti-clockwise for another 30 seconds.

Stretch your arms straight in front of you and curl your hands into a fist. Imagine you are cycling with your arms instead of your legs - lift one arm up while the other goes down and vice versa but make sure your elbows are locked. Do this for 30 seconds.

Curl your hands into a fist and fold your arms inwards so that the fists are pointing at each other. Make sure your shoulders and arms are straight, then stretch outwards till you feel a pull on your inner arms. Do this for 30 seconds.

Fold your arms at the elbows and make sure your palms are facing inwards, then curl your hands into fists. Punch one arm up into the air with your palm facing outwards and making sure that the arm is straight while the other arm remains folded and vice versa. Do this for 30 seconds.

Stretch your arms out at a 90 degree angle while your forearm is pointed outwards in front and palms facing the floor. Lift your forearms up and down, all the while maintaining the 90 degree angle for your upper arms. Do this for 30 seconds.

Cover your face with your palms and elbows together, then open your arms outwards, making sure that your upper arms remain at a 90 degree angle. Do this for 30 seconds.

Put your palms together and stretch your arms upwards all the way. Then, fold your arms at your elbows backwards and feel the stretch on your inner arms. Do this for 30 seconds.
