Doing some eye exercises before going to bed keeps your eyes healthy and bright!
Keep your eyes wide open and rotate your eyeballs clockwise 30 times and anti-clockwise 30 times. Remember to really stretch your eyes for it to take effect! Then, open your eyes wide and do the following steps: look up, look down, close eyes for 5 seconds and repeat this exercise 20 times. When you are done, close your eyes and gently massage your eyeballs for 2-3 minutes to let it rest.
#2 Take a rest from electronic devices

If your job involves looking at screens for long periods of time, your eyes will naturally get tired and start to droop so as to rest. Take breaks from the screen and electronic devices and look out at greenery to rejuvenate your eyes.
#3 Eat food that is good for your eyes

No, we don't mean just carrots! Eat food that are high in vitamin C, beta carotene, mega-3 fatty acids (including DHA), copper, lutein and zeaxanthin such as fish, nuts, citrus fruits, leafy vegetables and beef to protect your eyes. You will find that your eyes are less dull after eating more of such food!
