For those who aren't sure what that is, the 11-line abs are two parallel ab lines going down your stomach and they can be seen on the fittest female K-pop idols who are usually known to be gym rats or the best dancers in their group.
Although it is notoriously difficult to attain the 11-line abs, you can achieve it if you keep up a strict diet, and work on cardio and toning exercises everyday. These 7 ab-toning exercises will help you in your journey to achieve 11-line abs! Even if you never achieve the 11-line abs, you can get a toned stomach that will look good with crop tops!

#1 Tap Planks
Go into a plank position and make sure that your body maintains a straight line. Tap one side of your hips to the floor and return to plank position. Tap the other side of your hips on the floor and return to plank position. Repeat this exercise 30 times.
This exercise engages your core muscles and helps to make your waist thinner at the same time.
#2 Twist & Touch Crunches
Lie on a soft surface, such as a yoga mat or on the bed. Bend your legs slightly, putting your feet flat on the surface. Crunch up once, arms straightened and twist your body to the left and right with the tips of your finger and lie back down. Repeat this exercise 30 times.
This exercise helps you to build up strength and tighten your core muscles.
#3 Bicycle Crunches
Lie on a soft surface, such as a yoga mat or on the bed, with your knees bent. Hold your head with both arms and do a crunch, while extending one leg out. Do a second crunch, bending the extended leg and extending the other leg, as if pedalling on a bicycle. Repeat this exercise 30 times.
This exercise aids with building your core muscles.
#4 Mountain Bike
Go into a plank position with your palms flat on the floor and your arms straightened. Bend one leg in, with your knees going as close to your chest as possible and extend back out. Repeat this exercise 30 times with each leg.
This exercise helps to strengthen your core muscles.
#5 Criss Cross Crunches
Lie on a soft surface, such as a yoga mat or on the bed with your hands touching your head and legs straightened. Lift your legs up to a 45 degree angle and do a crunch as you cross your leg over the other and repeat on the other side. Repeat this exercise 25 times.
This exercise helps to strengthen your core muscles and helps you maintain a flat belly.
#6 Twist Crunches
Sit on a soft surface and lean your body back in a 45 degree angle. Lift both your legs and tighten your core. Interlace your hands together and twist your body left and right. Do this exercise 30 times.
This exercise helps to strengthen your core muscles and tone your waist.
#7 Heel Touches
Lie flat on a soft surface with your legs bent in a 90 degree angle. Your soles should be flat on the ground. Put your arms straight beside you and bend from side to side, with your fingers touching the heel of your feet each time.
This exercise is a good cool down activity that helps to sculpt your waist at the same time.
By doing these religiously and adjusting to a strict diet, you can also get 11-line abs like a K-pop idol!
