One of the biggest turn-off in attraction is definitely: Bad Breath. Even if people are attracted to you, you are giving off a bigger than necessary radar of 'stay away'. Worse, you don't even know. There are tons of things you can do to make your situation better or help make someone else's situation better.
1. Scrap your tongue after brushing your teeth.

There are a few types of tongue scraper. Don't settle for the small patch behind your toothbrush; It is not good enough. Tongue-scraping is most effective in removing bacteria, food debris, fungi, toxins, and dead cells from the surface of the tongue. This is an area that flossing, brushing or even gargling can't help.
2. Chewing onto these herbs can help fight mouth bacteria and odour

If possible, go for alcohol-free mouth rinse as alcohol dries up your mouth, a cause of bad breath itself. Bring it everywhere you go. Instead of popping candies into your mouth, why not take a quick trip to the toilet for a rinse. The effect last longer and it's a true sugar-free solution.
4. Baking soda

Baking soda is the solution to everything. Just kidding, don't take me literally. On a scientific level, it helps to rebalance the levels of acid, helping to treat mouth odour and prevent halitosis (aka bad breath). You can create your own mouth rinse by dissolving a tablespoon of baking soda into a glass of water. The money-pinching way.
5. Apple Cider Vinegar

Another superhero product, it is everywhere and it saves everything. One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before a meal or dilute the vinegar in a glass of water. So now you know, apart from helping your body digest its meal as a weight loss aid, it helps with your breath as well!
6. Drink plenty of Water

Swish it around your mouth a little to prevent dry sticky mouth. This is the quickest solution and remember the PH level does matter if you want the full deal of a healthy body and digestive system.
7. Brush Your Teeth After Every Meal

Back in those days, as a primary school kid, we have a day set apart that we religiously brush our teeth before going back to class remember? Well, habits from young can't go wrong! This way, you also put away with the awkward moment that someone might poke you and say, "excuse moii, you have food stuck between your teeth." Errrr. Thank you :(
Lastly, not forgetting the basic dental routine of brushing, flossing and regular visits to the dentist for checks and cleaning. You are on your way to fresh breath and confident speaking.
