Pacific Emporium Has An Elegant New English Afternoon Tea With Main Courses Like Fish & Chips
Pacific Emporium has unveiled what, in our opinion, is their most delicious afternoon tea yet! Served till 18 November 2026, the new English Afternoon Tea features desserts and savoury treats inspired by English classics, along with traditional English dishes as mains.
The afternoon tea will be served in a three-tiered stand resembling the iconic "floating pods" of Pan Pacific Singapore - the very pods that diners will be seated in.

Start with a welcome drink made with earl grey tea and a touch of lemon and lavender. Then, feast on the savouries including Bacon-wrapped Shrimp covered in a tangy blackcurrent glaze, flaky Duck Rillettes Mille-feuille with a rich plum confit and Siberian caviar, and Virginia Ham Quiche topped with truffle pearl and parmesan. There's also the afternoon tea classic, finger sandwiches filled with chicken, baby romaine and cajun spice.

The petite bites continue at the top tier with a Mini Salmon Bagel infused with earl grey and a creamy Corn Parfait with crostini.

That's not the end of the savouries! The afternoon tea also comes with a choice of main dish including the perfectly fried Fish and Chips with mashed peas and tartare sauce, and the fatty and tender Braised Beef Short Ribs with au jus, served with a crispy baguette.

Other main choices include the Classic Chicken Pie with alfredo sauce and Kedgeree, an English curry rice and smoked haddock and quail egg.
For dessert, there's a selection of indulgent creations including Pink Grapefruit Mint Gâteau decorated with edible flowers, a rich Raspberry Hazelnut Royaltine, an exquisitely earthy, creamy and crunchy Pistachio Kunafe-style Tart, and a delightfully unique Corn Roulade with popcorn-infused chantilly cream.

Rounding up the sweets are two desserts served on the side: a satisfyingly wobbly Japanese Custard Pudding and a bowl of refreshing Green Apple Sorbet with English breakfast tea jelly, dill and celery.

Of course, the afternoon tea also comes with a choice of tea and scones, including plain and yuzu scones, with the traditional duo or English clotted cream and raspberry jam as well as honey.
