The Grilled Cheese Bratwurst with Colcannon has succulent sausage paired with simple yet hearty Irish mashed potatoes mixed with cabbage, and the aromatic Crispy Five-Spice Duck Confit has a lovely crackling skin, paired with sour plum mayonnaise.
