What's for dinner, you ask? HighHouse's dinner service is all about showcasing Pan-Asian flavours using ingredients from the Pacific coast. Expect to find seafood sharing plates, meat sharing plates, vegetable sharing plates, steak options, as well as an entire section dedicated to raw and cured dishes on the menu.
For our mains, we picked the Grilled Whole Indiana Duck Breast - 250g ($46), which was cooked to perfection, and the Australia: JAC Wagyu Beef - 480g ($168), which had a flavourful sear and melt-in-your-mouth texture.

There are also amazing tipples to try at HighHouse, like the Montana Sour ($20) and Roselle ($22), which we picked from the Draft Cocktails and Signature Cocktails menu respectively. Both drinks tasted refreshing and complemented the mains well, creating a symphony of flavour that left a great impression on our tastebuds.
Night owls will also be pleased to know that HighHouse opens till late, and even has a separate After-Hours menu available for those visiting after 10.30pm. While walk-ins are welcome, the restaurant highly recommends making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.
