On 27 October, the 33-year-old has released a statement in which he first clarified that he is "not involved in any way" with the anonymous Instagram account @sgcickenrice or #EndTheSilence exposé blog that was written by a group of current and ex-NOC employees. He mentioned that, unlike Sylvia, he will "continue to not discuss [their] personal issues" and will only be addressing the allegations that she made against him.

In his statement, Ryan explained that both held different roles in the company; Sylvia was responsible for financial and admin issues while Ryan handled the production side of the business. He had also tried to speak with Sylvia about her management style but it "did not sit well" with her which resulted in his exit from NOC, a decision that both had agreed upon.

According to Ryan, Sylvia knew about the incorporation of Reno King from as early as April this year and even told Ryan to "quickly incorporate [Reno King] and close the case". Ryan also said that Reno King has its own payroll and set-up and that he "won't interfere" with NOC's day-to-day operations. It is worth noting that the above documents show that Ryan had incorporated Reno King on 21 April but his conversation with Sylvia took place on 29 April.

Both had also reached an agreement on 8 May that NOC will get a 20% share of Reno King's profits and that Reno King would be covering the salaries of Isabelle and Bryant for that month.

On the same day, both had also agreed that Sylvia would buy his shares in NOC, making him a 20% shareholder. While the exact amount wasn't shared, Ryan claimed that it wasn't in the "millions". He had also requested to step down as director with immediate effect.

According to Ryan, Sylvia had gone back on their previous agreement and refused the seat of the sole director, leaving him with "little choice" but to resume his role as it is illegal for the position of the director of a company to be left vacant. After resuming his role, he had also made it clear that NOC's finance manager take instructions from both parties amidst the ongoing allegations on the misuse of company funds.
Claimed that he did not hack into Sylvia's email account and that he was denied access to NOC's Youtube and Google accounts
