Non-alcoholic highlights include the classic Melati Spritz, the perfect palate opener of Melati, grapefruit spritz and cucumber; and Spiced Nogroni, made of Melati, decaf coffee, bittersweet Chinotto, spiced juniper and expertly stirred and served over ice. If you prefer a cocktail, go for the festive Snowglobe — pandan vodka, Melati, lemon juice, or Singapore Christmas, a tropical delight of coconut, vodka, Melati and lime. All non-alcoholic cocktails are priced at $12 and alcoholic cocktails at $16.

The Melati pop-up will be on Friday and Saturday nights in December (except 25th & 26th) from 5pm. The first 20 guests every night will enjoy a Melati cocktail of their choice out on the house. All you have to do is show that you've followed @melatidrinks on Instagram.
The pop-up bar will be in The Dragon Chamber, a stunning old Chinatown-themed restaurant known for their secret entry way disguised as an unassuming fridge door of a cafe.
