SAM SAM SAM - Singapore's First Body-Matched Samgyetang Experience

Craving Korean food? This new samgyetang specialty restaurant could be your next hangout spot. Inspired by traditional Korean herbal medicine and developed in consultation with Licensed Traditional Korean Medicine Doctors, the menu is built around chicken, ginseng, jujube and carefully selected botanicals.

Highlights from the samgyetang lineup include the light and aromatic Circulation Elixir ($29), infused with ginseng, and the rich and robust Immunity Black ($32) made with slow-aged black garlic. Others that sound just as promising is the spicy Thermal Detox ($30) and Nourishing Perilla ($30).

There are also sharing pots of chicken, hand-pulled noodles and porridge. Round out the meal with sides like Market-Style Tofu and Kimchi ($12) and Water Parsley Pancake ($14). For something a little more indulgent, don't miss the Fried Fresh Ginseng ($18).

The medicinal concept is also reflected in its interiors, which are modelled after a retro 1980s Korean herbal medicine shop.

Casa Lola - Spanish Comfort Food

For a hearty main, go for the Roasted Baby Chicken ($48), perfectly cooked till tender and flavoured with aromatic Baharat spices.

Dim sum lovers, consider your weekend plans sorted. The Black Pearl has launched new Weekend-Exclusive Dim Sum Set Menus, offering a refined six-course dining experience centred around Chef Dee Chan's signature handcrafted dim sum and Cantonese favourites.

Priced at $88++ and $138++ per person, the menus take diners through a progression of steamed and fried dim sum, roasted delights, soups, signature mains and desserts.

Look forward to elegant creations like the Black Pearl Truffle Wild Mushroom Dumplings, Sakura Crystal Prawn Dumplings, and Quail Egg Siew Mai with Black Truffle, all showcasing the finesse and detail behind Cantonese dim sum craftsmanship.

Beyond the bite-sized delights, highlights include the restaurant's signature BBQ Premium Iberico Char Siew, as well as premium dishes like Shunde Style Slow-cooked Fish in Thick Broth Topped with Crispy Fish Skin, Deep-fried Silver Cod Smoked with Osmanthus, and Braised Rice with South African Abalone.

Also making its permanent debut on the à la carte dim sum menu is the Iberico Char Siew Puff Pastry.

The Oxtail ($26++) features Australian beef oxtail slow-braised in red wine until tender, alongside char-grilled shimeji mushrooms. Meanwhile, Burnt Ends ($26++) slow-roasted pork belly with a lovely sweetness from soy sauce and honey, balanced by char-grilled baby kailan. For something more classic, go for the Chicken and Sausage ($24++) which has 12-hour marinated chicken thigh, cheese sausage, shimeji mushroom and onsen egg, tied together with a glossy sweet soy sauce. This trio comes with a molten onsen egg that adds a velvety texture to the rice.

Other options include Barramundi ($28++) with quick-pickled hispi cabbage and Wagyu Petite Tender ($36++) with Australian Wagyu graded MB6-7 and truffle soy dressing.

Every main comes with a choice of a refreshing starter: Watermelon Feta Salad or Baby Gem. Save room for dessert too, as diners can add on the Ice Cream of the Day with Coffee or Tea ($7++).

Antonio Bachour x The Fullerton Hotel High Tea

Pastry lovers, this one's for you. Widely celebrated for his influence on modern pâtisserie, Chef Antonio Bachour has joined forces with The Fullerton Hotel Singapore for an afternoon tea showcasing his contemporary pastry style.

The experience starts with indulgent savouries including Foie Gras Crème Brûlée, Crème Fraîche Tart with Caviar, Lobster Roll, and Lox & Choux. Then comes the sweet stuff: elegant bite-sized creations like the Exotic Pressed Sableand Bachour's Rocher, one of the chef's signature creations developed over his more than 25-year career.

Inspired by the iconic Ferrero Rocher, Bachour's version puts his own distinctive pastry spin on the beloved chocolate-hazelnut treat. The menu also includes Coconut Panna Cotta with Guava Soup and Tropical Fruits, one of two creations specially developed for Singapore with inspiration from familiar tropical flavours.

Freshly baked Vanilla Bean Scones and a buttery Mango Brioche complete the experience.

If you'd like a take-home treat, Chef Bachour’s signature cakes and pâtisserie creations are also available dà la carte, including Mascarpone Strawberry Bow Tie ($10 nett) and Toffee Chocolate Crown Croissant ($10 nett).

W Singapore - Sentosa Cove's WOOBAR has unveiled a Swarovski-inspired afternoon tea that's just as pretty as you'd expect, with jewel-toned sweet and savoury creations designed to celebrate the crystal house's signature sparkle.

On the savoury side, look forward to bites including Foie Gras Mousse with Cognac, Prawn and Avocado Cream, Barbecue Pulled Beef Roll, Pistachio and Grape Cream Cheese Ball, and Lobster with Ikura Caviar Tart.

Sweet highlights include the Blueberry Chocolate Macaron, inspired by sapphire crystals and filled with dark chocolate ganache, and the Vanilla Bavarian Choux, shaped like a graceful pink swan in tribute to Swarovski's iconic emblem. The Yuzu Mascarpone Tart brings a bright citrusy touch, while the Pistachio Whipped Cream and Almond Financier has nutty richness and creamy textures.

And if you'd like to linger longer in the island, enjoy complimentary access to the hotel's WET Deck from 5 to 7pm after the Afternoon Tea experience.
