Sanrio Singapore and local chef Susanne Ng have certainly saved the best for last as their new Sanrio characters Christmas Pandan Chiffon cake is their most adorable one yet. It features 3D Sanrio characters on a wreath with little Christmas trees and gift boxes.
Besides its stellar cute factor, this cake is also a healthier alternative to traditional Christmas cakes and log cakes that are usually coated with cream and fondant. This Sanrio Christmas dessert is made entirely from chiffon cake which is lower in sugar. Even so, the taste isn't compromised, with a delicate coconut fragrance and rich pandan flavour.

The Sanrio Christmas Chiffon cake online baking class is launching at a special promo price at US$42.99 (~S$57.54). It comes with a detailed step-by-step tutorial video with unlimited streaming, a downloadable recipe and official character templates.
You can also opt for the Baking Kit (US$86.99, ~S$116.44) which includes additional baking essentials delivered to your doorstep: pre-weighed ingredients (except eggs, oil and water), moulds for the Christmas tree and gift box-shaped cakes, and materials like piping bags.
