This 3D Hello Kitty Donut Tower Piñata Chiffon Cake is an exciting level-up cake for all Sanrio and chiffon cake fans. One extra element of fun to this cake is filling up the donut tower with your favourite sweets or fruits. When you cut open the cake, the surprise filling spills out just like a piñata. ?

Health buffs who still love their desserts will be happy to know that no cream or fondant is used to keep the cake as clean, healthy and simple as possible. The chiffon cake flavour is lemon, which is packed with vitamin C to strengthen immunity.

By the end of the class, you'll know how to make a 3D round Hello Kitty using the chiffon cake itself, without cream, fondant or special moulds. You will also learn how to make wavy donut patterns on the sides of the donut cake using chiffon cake batter.
