Happy Star Wars Day 2020! May The 4th has been dubbed as Star Wars day. The date was supposedly chosen for the pun on the catchphrase "May the Force be with you" as "May the 4th be with you". The day is celebrated around the world to commemorate George Lucas' Star Wars, allowing fans of the nine films to express their love and support of the series.

Ingredients:
?45ml Cognac (Brandy)
?6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves
?8-10 Sage Leaves
?100g Sugar
?30ml Apple Cider
?15ml Lemon

How To Make:
- Add 100g of sugar, 8-10 sage leaves, 100ml of water in a pot and simmer till all sugar dissolves.

- Add 6-8 basil leaves
- Pour 15ml of lemon juice & sage syrup
- Pour 45ml of cocnac
- Pour 30ml of apple cider
- Add ice

- Shake well
- Add ice to cup
- Strain
- Add garnish and you're done!
