We are all guilty of being bubble tea addicts and I can never simply walk past a bubble tea shop without suddenly craving one of these sweet, ice-cold beverages with chewy boba tapioca pearls. It's one of the most addictive drinks in the world that got everyone hooked to it.

#1 Brown Sugar Milk Tea

Ingredients needed:
- Tapioca pearls (You can get this from Phoon Huat)
- 400ml of fresh milk
- 5 cups of water
- Brown sugar
- A large bowl filled with ice

How to make:
- Boil the tapioca pearls in boiling water for 40 minutes. The ratio between pearls and water should be 1:7 by weight so that the pearls are fully cooked.
- Once the pearls are cooked, soak it in the large bowl filled with ice for 5 minutes.
- To cook the brown sugar syrup, combine water and sugar in a saucepan on low heat.
- Add the cooked pearls into the syrup and let it simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Remember to constantly stir the pearls to prevent it from sticking.
- Add the brown sugar syrup at the sides of the cup.
- Once the pearls are thick and chewy, pour the pearls into the cup and add fresh milk to fill the cup.

#2 Pudding Milk Tea

Ingredients needed:
- 4 spoons of tea leaves
- 2 spoons of sugar syrup
- 400ml of milk
- 1 pudding
- Water
- Ice

How to make:
- Crush and grind the tea leaves in a bowl. Add it into hot boiling water.
- Add 400ml of milk into the bowl with the boiled tea leaves. Continue to stir for 5 minutes. This gives off the authentic sweet milk tea aroma.
- Add the pudding into the cup and add some ice.
- Pour the milk tea into the cup.

#3 Avocado Milk Tea

Ingredients needed:
- Tapioca pearls
- 1 avocado
- 400ml of milk
- Water
- Ice

How to make:
- Boil the tapioca pearls in boiling water for 40 minutes. The ratio between pearls and water should be 1:7 by weight so that the pearls are fully cooked.
- Using a blender, blend the avocado and add 400 ml of milk.
- Shake well.
- Add the pearls and some ice.
- Pour the avocado milk tea into the cup.
