No party is ever complete without some homemade soju cocktails! Not only are they easy to make, they also taste better than just drinking soju on its own.

#1  Berry pink soju

Try recreating this delicious pink drink with the following ingredients: 

- ¼ cup of ice
- 2 shots of unflavoured soju
- 1 cup of strawberries/strawberry milk drink
- Blender machine

- Rinse the strawberries under cold water. Remove the stems and chop the strawberries into smaller pieces. An easier option is to use strawberry milk.
- Add chopped berries into the blending machine till you get a smooth puree of strawberries.
- Add ice cubes and soju. Blend it again.
- Pour into serving glasses. Add a few ice cubes if needed before drinking.

#2 Espresso soju

Get your daily dose of caffeine with a twist. Tweak the recipe to your liking by adding more coffee if you are a coffee lover! 

What you need: 

- ¼ cup of ice
- 2 shots of unflavoured soju
- Half a glass of coffee canned drink

How to make:

- Pour the soju and ice in first.
- Add the right amount of coffee canned drink based on your preference.
- Pour into serving glasses.

#3 Butterfly pea flower soju

Butterfly pea flower tea is a herbal drink made from dried butterfly pea flowers that are steeped in water. The flowers are deep blue in color with a tinge of purple that combines color and flavour into one. Fun fact: It helps to protect your body from cell damage too! 

What you need: 

- 1.5 teaspoons of butterfly pea flower tea
- 1 cup of hot water
- 2 shots of unflavoured soju
- ¼ cup of ice 

How to make:

- Add 1.5 teaspoons of butterfly pea flower tea into the cup of hot water.
- Let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 shots of soju and ½ cup of ice into it.
- Pour into serving glasses.

#4 Pineapple soju

What you need:

- 2 shots of unflavoured soju
- 1 cup of pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup of ice
- A slice of lime for garnishing

How to make:

- Mix well.
- Add ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.

Yuzu is a species of citrus fruits that can be commonly found in Japanese cuisine. Yuzu is well known for its stress-reducing properties, which is what we all need now.

What you need:

- 2 shots of unflavoured soju
- 2 spoons of honey yuzu citron tea
- 1/4 cup of ice

How to make:

- Mix 2 spoons of honey yuzu citron tea into the soju.
- Add ice.
- Pour into serving glasses.

#6 Chocolate soju

What you need:

- 2 unflavoured soju
- 1 packet of chocolate milk
- 1/4 cup of ice

How to make:

- Add chocolate milk into soju.
