#1 Hand Planks
Bend your body forwards into a right angle and place your arms on the floor, maintaining the same width as your legs. Your elbows, back and knees should be straightened. Watch a video in the meantime and you will forget the pain.
#2 Elbow Planks
Tuck your elbows under your shoulders and prop your body up so that your body forms a straight line. Sustain in this position as long as possible but don't melt along with your drama when the male lead does something sweet.
#3 Extended Puppy Pose
#4 One-Leg Split
Stretch your hemstrings using this method! Place your elbows on the floor and put one leg in line with your elbow in front, then stretch out your back leg into a split. Press down your backside to really feel the stretch! Repeat on the other side when you are halfway through a music video on your phone.
#5 Back Stretch
Go into a half-split (where your leg in front is bent and your leg behind is straightened) and raise your hands above you. Remember, you want to "square your hips", making sure that your hips are in line with your shoulders and not overstretched to one side. Stretch your arms backwards and let your head follow. Beware! Don't let your phone drop on your face!
#6 Cool Down Stretch
Lie on your stomach and prop your torso up as far as possible. Open up your chest and feel your back muscles stretching so as to loosen the muscles. Meanwhile, catch up with the latest episode of your favourite drama!
Sustain this exercise regime everyday for at least one month and you'll be able to see some effects then!
