Elbows and knees on the ground, extend one leg back-upwards and complete 20 Leg Extensions

Similar but this time, it's 20 Side Leg Extensions. Instead, straighten your arms and keep your palms on the floor instead of your elbows. Now, extend your leg sidewards instead. Spend some time perfecting the posture.
'The Last Leg'. Finally, take a chill pill and finish off victoriously with 40 Side Leg Raises.
And it is done. If you can, repeat this 6 exercises one more time, two more times before you shower up.
