Hitoshi Iwaaki's manga Parasyte, which was previously adapted into a 2015 anime series and two live-action Japanese movies, is now getting a Korean adaptation. Director Yeong Sang-ho, known for his work on JUNG_E and Hellbound, is set to direct this series titled Parasyte: The Grey. This story tells of parasites from space invading Earth, seeking to control humans for power. Jung Soo-in becomes infected with one of these parasites, leading to an unusual coexistence as it struggles to dominate her brain. The cast of Parasyte: The Grey features Jeon So-nee, Koo Kyo-hwan, Lee Jung-hyun, Kwon Hae-hyo, and Kim In-kwon.
