Haidilao Singapore Now Has A Customisable Dessert 'Hotpot' With 12 Toppings To Choose From
First came their ingenious jewellery-making station, then the viral Ke Mu San dance trend — and now, fans of Haidilao Singapore have yet another reason to head down to their restaurants! Diners on Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) have spotted a fresh addition to the hotpot chain's menu: dessert 'hotpots'. These come in large transparent sharing bowls resembling a steaming hotpot, where all kinds of fruit and sweet toppings are submerged in liquid.

But fret not, because there isn't any actual boiling action going on here! Instead of a savoury soup base, fill up on soy milk, coconut milk or a condensed milk drink. Next, you can customise your dessert with your choice of 12 different fruits, dessert toppings and pastes.
Some options include taro balls, chopped dragonfruit, jellies, and pearls in various flavours. The whole process is entirely self-service, so you can add as much or as little of each topping as you like!

To make the experience even more fun, you can request for dry ice to be added to the bowl. This creates the illusion of a piping hot 'hotpot' and ups the aesthetic factor of your dessert. Can't wait to get your hands on one of these unique concoctions? You'll need to spend a minimum of $200 at Haidilao to try it for yourself!
