The meal begins with succulent Hokkaido scallops served with an aromatic oyster marinière emulsion and smoked herring roe, accompanied by a luxe yet comforting duo of matcha crushed potatoes and saffron-infused fennel.

There's the hearty cup of Holiday Spirit Tea, a nostalgic fusion of black tea and Christmas spices, or the iced Noel! Noel! Ending this exquisite affair is a meringue filled with a French Earl Grey infused crémeux, served with chestnut Chantilly, poached pear infused with French Earl Grey, and spiced pear sorbet.

#2 Le Jardin Christmas Set Dinner

The Victorian-inspired interiors of this restaurant at Fort Canning Park is always outstanding, but the ambience has been taken up a notch as twinkling Christmas trees have been added to the floral displays.
Created specially for the holiday season, the Christmas Set Dinner is a lavish 4-course meal incorporating familiar festive flavours in an elevated fashion. It begins on a high note with a fragrant and creamy Home-made Chestnut Soup, followed by a Burrata Salad or Melon & Ham, both excellent choices to whet the palette.
The mains are a lush and succulent Veal Rossini with foie gras and a piquant mushroom sauce or a perfectly cooked Salmon Coulibiac drizzled with lemon caper sauce and served with roasted baby potatoes and spinach. The feast ends brilliantly too, with a choice of Mont Blanc Mille Feuille or Apple & Cinnamon Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream, two delicately sweet desserts that aren't the least bit cloying.

Floating above the canal at Marina Bay Sands, the iconic Parisian tearoom and patisserie is even more magical this time of the year. Its "alfresco" dining area is a prime viewing spot for Dior's suspended Christmas trees, and along with it is a festive menu of French flavours.

#4 Alice Boulangerie Festive Menu

Alice Boulangerie has unveiled an indulgent four-course dinner menu for the festive season. The feast begins with a house-baked herb dinner roll is served with maple and bacon butter created exclusively for the menu. The first course is a Smoked Duck Croquette, followed by an appetiser with a choice of Burrata Beetroot Salad or Cioppino Stew.
For the main course, diners have a choice of three scrumptious dishes: MB9 Wagyu Flap (+$15), Duck Confit and Chicken Roulade.
The finale is Alice Boulangerie's Winter Acorn, an intricately crafted dessert shaped like an acorn covered in snow. It has a white chocolate shell that reveals layers of Chantilly cream, cassis and lemon mousse, hazelnut dacquoise and blackcurrant compote.
Alice Boulangerie's four-course dinner menu is priced at $75++ per diner or $138++ for two diners.

#5 Kubo Christmas Set

This cosy and homey yet stylish restaurant at Robertson Quay offers slice of home for Filipinos in Singapore, and you know what that means - comfort Filipino food! The Christmas Set has mouthwatering dishes, made in the open-air woodfired kitchen, with subtle influences from American Christmas dinners.
The starters are a crispy breadcrumb-covered Duck Roll stuffed with smoked pulled confit duck meat and Chicken Embutido, a succulent chicken meatloaf topped with sweet grilled pineapple and on a bed of beet purée and salted egg aioli.
The high point of the meal comes with the in-house smoked Christmas Ham and Rocket Salad, an Asian-style take on the classic festive dish with fall-apart-tender pork.
