The quintessential diva Kareena  Kapoor Khan has always spoken about her love for food. Well, we have no second thoughts, after all, she is a Kapoor and a hardcore Punjabi. Her gorgeous figure is a result of pilates, around a 1000 Surya namaskars and some more yoga.  Bebo recently announced her second pregnancy, meanwhile, her nutritionist Rujuta Divevwkar recently revealed what her diet plan is.

Instead of three regular and heavy meals, Rujuta revealed Kareena's meals are divided into smaller portions throughout the day. She said that Kareena begins her day with bananas and blanched almonds. Almonds are an outstanding source of antioxidants, while bananas are rich in potassium.

After her workout session, Kareena dives right into dahi & rice, a South Indian classic that is loaded with probiotics. Otherwise, she would indulge herself in a meal with paneer & dal with roti, which is a healthy mix of proteins and carbohydrates.

Around 2-3 pm in the noon, Kareena eats a bowl of papaya which helps in digestion, makhana or cheese which is another amazing low-calorie snack option.

If she is still hungry during the evening, Kareena has either a mango shake or a bowl of peanuts or litchi (fruit).

Dinner is served around 8 pm and includes veg pulao & raita, palak or pudina roti with raita or dal chawal and sabzi.

Finally, before she hits the bed, Kareena does this age-old remedy which we can never get enough of. She takes haldi ka doodh or turmeric latte with a pinch of nutmeg that helps improve her immunity.

If you have been snacking on unhealthy junk food this entire time, Rajuta suggests having curd with cashews/ raisins or fresh fruit, nimbu pani (a great way to add electrolytes in the body), coconut water which helps in detox and buttermilk which has hing (asafoetida) and black salt added to it for better absorption.

Now moving on to Bebo's fitness, her routine demands working out on the treadmill for 20 minutes, where she majorly focuses on speed. On day 2, she does yoga and takes a relaxation break on day 3.

Day 4 of her plan includes a home strength training workout. Strength training helps in strengthening the bones, helps in maintaining your weight and boosts the mood.

Day 5 involves Kareena to keep her speed steady on the treadmill for about 40 minutes.

Day 6 is about Kareena doing restorative yoga postures or core workout.
