Directions:

  1. Start by mashing the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Make sure to get rid of any large chunks for that smooth texture.
  2. Add in the bread crumbs, onion, coriander, green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix it all together to form a smooth mixture.
  3. Next, divide the mixture into small, equal-sized balls.
  4. Heat up some oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Flatten each ball into a patty shape and gently place it in the hot oil.
  6. Fry each patty until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Take out the patties and let them cool on a paper towel-lined plate.

Voila! Your delicious Aloo Tikki is now ready to eat! You can serve them with chutney, and ketchup, or just eat them plain.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can also experiment with the recipe. For example, you can add some grated cheese to the mixture for a cheesy twist, or add some finely chopped spinach to make it a little healthier. The possibilities are endless!

Making Aloo Tikki at home is not only fun and easy but also a great way to impress your family and friends with your cooking skills. So, put on some music, grab your apron, and get ready to make some tasty Aloo Tikki!
