The Hello Kitty cakes come in 3 adorable variations – Kitty & Friends ($51.90), Summer Fun Kitty ($51.90), and Dazzling Kitty ($62.90), all of which feature the iconic character.

Kitty & Friends is a strawberry sponge cake with vanilla buttercream, topped with fresh strawberries, that features Hello Kitty and her friends printed on white chocolate, and a cute pink bow around the cake.

Summer Fun Kitty is a beach-themed cake that features pastel shades of pink and blue, decorated with fresh strawberries and blueberries, and topped with white chocolate decorations of Hello Kitty as well as a blue seashell. You also have the option to choose between 3 different spongecake/buttercream flavours – vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry!

Their Dazzling Kitty cake is presented in a pretty shade of lavender, decorated with fresh blueberries and peaks of pastel pink, lavender, and white buttercream. On top of it sits Hello Kitty, printed on white chocolate. The cake comes in chocolate mousse but you can opt for the strawberry square if chocolate-flavoured desserts are not up your alley.

Earlier we mentioned that the confectionery has released Hello Kitty-themed muffnuts. Turns out, a muffnut is the product of a marriage between two classic desserts – a muffin and a doughnut. An adorable chocolate bow sits on top of each half-glazed, orange-infused muffnut.
The Hello Muffnuts are sold in boxes of 6 for $28.90, with 2 pieces of each colour (pink, green, and white). This works out to $4.70 per muffnut, which is slightly pricey, but we agree that this sweet treat does make a great tea time snack!
