The 33 Year old Ex SIA stewardess and actress disliked her bulging tummy and slightly flabby arms, therefore she decided to embark on the latest keto diet. Less then two months later, she looks much trimmer then ever and she even lost 4kg too! All this simply by eating.... sinful Thai mookata and cheese bulgogi! Can this be true?

The keto diet is a high fat, moderate-protein and low carb diet. When the body goes into "ketosis", it is forced to use ketones (formed when fat has been released from cells) for energy. In that way, the body uses FAT to burn FAT! Though it sounds like some incredulous fad, this diet has actually been around since the 1920s, and was used by doctors to treat epilepsy. Sounds legit!

With this diet, you can eat foods that are high in fat! Sounds almost like a dream come true. Silver Ang attests to the efficacy of the diet, saying it's by far the most effective diet she has ever tried in her life. Instead of eating lean and low fat meat, she eats fast food, mookata, korean barbeque, avocados and salmon belly sashimi. All the "sinful" things that we love too!

She feels that this diet is highly sustainable since she hardly feels like she is dieting and still gets to eat lots of tasty, delicious food. Plus she is loving the great effects. Her bulging tummy is now completely gone.
