Taiwan's Ten Ren's Tea Aka “Tea King” Now Open @ Chinatown Point
Yasssss, more bubble tea!
Taiwan's premium tea chain Ten Ren's Tea (est. 1953) opened its doors to Singapore on 28 July 2018 @ Chinatown Point, making their first step towards a '300 outlets in Singapore' goal. Ambitious, eh? Pretty sure we don't even have 300 Koi or Gong Cha outlets as of yet BUT let's keep our fingers crossed~
Here's what went down during their opening day.
Don't you think the crowd was crazy?! And they were sold out even before 6pm on their opening day too. Holymoly~ OMG! WE CAN'T WAIT TO TRY IT.

With tea at its core, the 800 square feet store offers a range of bubble tea, traditional tea, tea leaves, snacks and tea ware. It also have a seating capacity of up to 50 pax, which is huge if you asks us and IT'S BRILLIANT!
After all, tea is meant to be savoured~ With seats around, it enhances the overall experience and creates a chill environment. Who said we have to go to TWG for tea? We can probably have ours here at a MUUUUUCHHH lower price!
With over 2000 stores in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia and North America, Ten Ren's Tea is definitely one of the largest tea retailers (esp for its oolong tea!) in the world.
Dubbed the 'Worldwide King of Tea' since its establishment in 1953, the brand have also been voted as one of the best bubble tea brands in New York city's by Time Out magazine.
Here's a sneak peak of their menu:
- Signature 913 King's Oolong Tea Latte (M: $3.50, L: $4.90)
