The Ozeki Ikezo Sparkling Jelly Sake has a unique jelly texture that is best enjoyed chilled and comes in two yummy flavours: Peach ($5.10) and Yuzu ($5.50). The Peach version has a mellow, sweet taste while the Yuzu version is refreshing and aromatic. It also only contains 5% of alcohol content - a lot milder compared to other sakes.
