Think of Seah Street and you'd think of shophouses, cars parked in parallels and perhaps, dark back alleys (if you're there after sunset). Though it may not seem as atas as shopping malls, crowds are still drawn there thanks to the hidden gems in this district.

Latest member to join the Seah Street family is Papi's Tacos, a back-alley Mexican eatery here to redefine the Mexican dining scene in Singapore.

Brought to us by the team behind Employees Only and the club Bang Bang, Papi's Tacos offers Singaporeans a range of yummy tacos (and free-flow salsa!), burritos and mouth-watering quesadillas.

At its helm is Executive Chef Mauricio Espinoza, who was born and raised in Tlaxcala, Central Mexico; a city known for its rustic and vibrant food scene.

At Papi's Tacos, we can find some of Chef Mauricio' signature dishes like the Tostadas de Pollo, a crispy homemade corn tortilla with refried beans, pulled chicken slow-cooked with chipotle and fresh tomatoes,  pico de gallo and queso fresco.
