Those living in Hougang no longer have to make their way to Compass One at Sengkang for a taste of Xing Fu Tang’s bubble tea.
Not only has the Taiwanese bubble tea chain opened their newest stall in a non-mall location, it’s also the first one that’s located at a coffee shop - something that’s quite unheard of in Singapore as far as bubble tea kiosks go!

The new stall quietly opened at Meng Kiat Hock Kee Coffee Shop, at Block 682 Hougang Avenue 4. It’s snug between a Wonton Noodle and Rojak stall, blending in with a rather nondescript facade.

Xing Fu Tang is best known for their variants of brown sugar milk tea.
Due to the current circuit breaker, only takeaways are allowed. According to netizens, they are only serving 3 types of bubble milk tea at present, and flavours are subject to availability:
- Brown Sugar Milk Tea
- Brown Sugar Fresh Milk
- Oolong Milk Tea

Perhaps there will be a larger variety added once the circuit breaker ends.
Till then, let's all continue staying safe so we can look forward to returning to normal life - and our regular bubble tea runs - once again.
