After working by your desk during this circuit breaker month, did you realise how you are starting to slouch? Having good posture not only allows you to look good but helps to deliver flexibility, strength, and balance to your body. We have listed some simple exercises for you to correct your posture while working from home / studying.

Straighten your back and lift your shoulders. Ensure there's a 90-degree angle. Stay in that position for 5 seconds and continue for another 20 times for 3 sets.

Tilt your head slightly while using one hand to hold your waist. Place the other hand in a 45-degree motion and pull your head slightly towards the left. Continue for 5 seconds per 10 sets.

Place both hands at the back and hold it for 30 seconds to stretch. Continue for 2 sets.

Place both your arms at the back leaning towards one another and stretch for 5 seconds. Afterward, move both hands up following the above image, forming a triangle and hold on for another 5 seconds. Do 9 sets for this.

Loosen your muscles by forming an arching bridge. You should be feeling a stretch near your abdomen. Place both hands on your feet and maintain the position for 10 seconds.
