Simple Exercises To Lose Your Armpit Fats So You Can Look Better In Sleeveless Tops
Many of us might have set fitness resolutions to achieve a certain body shape but it's very likely that these days all went out of the window as most of us are busy binge-eating and binge-watching all the K-dramas.
For ladies that love to wear sleeveless tops or even tube tops, it's a common sight to notice some fat or skin squishing out the side of your bra, right between your breast and arm. Armpit fat is pretty common and yet is also one of the hardest areas to lose fats.
If you want to look good while wearing a tube top, or a tight-fitting sleeveless top, try out these simple exercises that will help you lose your armpit fats if you do it constantly.

With feet and shoulder-width apart, ensure the core is tight too, fully extend your arms with palms / hands facing the ceiling pointing forward. Keep your elbows as still as possible throughout the exercise to ensure you're isolating your tricep muscle. Do 20 of this exercise per day.

With feet and shoulder-width apart, use one hand to stretch your head to the side. Ensure that you are using the core of your arms to do it if you would want to lose those stubborn armpit fats. Hold on for 1 minute.

With feet and shoulder-width apart, open and close your arms using small controlled motions. Continue this for 20 times. If you want to challenge yourself, circle your arms forward using small controlled motions, gradually making the circles bigger until you feel a stretch in your triceps. Reverse the direction and continue doing for another 20 times.

Bring one arm overhead and drop your forearm behind you, resting it on your back between your shoulder blades. Using the other hand, grab right above your bent elbow and pull gently until you feel a stretch in your shoulder and the back of your arm. Keep your biceps close to your ears. Hold on for at least 1 minute and repeat on the other side.

Bring both hands to the back and palms to be faced against one another pointing towards the ceiling. Continue the motion for another 1 minute and repeat it downwards facing the floor.
