5 Easy Stretches & Massages For Slimmer Calves

Simply give your legs a little stretch and massage before going to bed - it's pretty easy and you can do it right on your bed!

Pick a soft surface and kneel at a right angle on one knee. Look forward and keep your upper body upright. Pull your foot up towards your bottom until you feel a stretch. Do two groups per day, 30 seconds on each leg.

Bend on leg towards your body and keep the other leg straight. Extend both hands towards your toes until you feel a stretch. Do two sets per day, 30 seconds on each leg.

Bend one leg straight behind you and the other bent at the knee in front of you with both hands on the ground. Keep your body upright. Keep breathing evenly. Lift the leg behind you until you feel a stretch. Do two sets per day, 30 seconds on each leg.

Push both thumbs from the side of your calf towards the back. Repeat for two minutes on each leg.

Push both thumbs on the side of your calf from knee to ankle. Repeat for two minutes on each leg.
