Although the cast is new, the leads have many years of acting experience under their belt and are expected to create the same exciting action and suspense-filled atmosphere as with previous iterations.

The drama was slated to release as one of the TVB blockbuster dramas in 2019 but had to reshoot its scenes after one of their cast members, Jacqueline Wong, was embroiled in a cheating scandal with married Hong Kong actor, Andy Hui.

Jacqueline Wong's role as reporter Chris Chui Yi (徐意) was replaced with actress Roxanne Tong and the reshoot reportedly cost TVB another $10 million HKD (~SGD 1.7 million). Jacqueline's scenes were deleted and a new script was written with Roxanne's interpretation of the character.
