The bun measures a good 2.3 cm thick with a round and fluffy bun made of eggs and milk and a centre filled with Canadian maple syrup and butter. Pop the buns into the microwavable for a few seconds for a steaming treat that tastes like it's a freshly made pancake! ?

Each bun contains 193 kilocalories and should be kept refrigerated. The bun also has the typical brown top of a pancake imprinted on the top of the bun so it looks just like a traditional pancake! ?
