Using the knuckles on your index fingers, massage the sides of your forehead down to the top of your temples. Repeat 15 times.

Then, from the top of your temple, massage down towards your jaw and continue downwards to the sides of your neck until you reach your collarbones. Repeat 15 times as well.

Using your fingers, massage your cheeks gently in a circular motion by pushing outwards then inwards. Repeat 10 times.
