Are you one who hates the hot and humid weather in Singapore with a vengeance? Or maybe one who would rather nua at home the whole day without going out? Here are some exercises perfect for you because you won't even need to leave your house. Okay, scratch that. You won't even need to leave your floor or bed while doing these exercises.

Lie flat on the ground with your knees bent at a right angle and your feet touching the floor. Tuck in your stomach and lift your backside and lower back off the floor, letting your body form a straight line from your chest to your knee. Hold your body in this position for 5 seconds and lower your body.

Do three sets, 15 times each set.

Lie flat on the floor and stretch your hands out to your thigh. Lift your upper body so that your hands touch your knee and slowly lie back on the floor.

Do three sets, 15 times each set.

Place your hands behind your head and lift your upper body in a crunch position. Bend one leg so that the opposite elbow can touch your knee and repeat on the other side.

Do three sets, 15 times each set.

Lie flat on the ground and lift your legs up to a 45 degree angle. Make sure that your legs are straight and then bend them in so that your knee form a 90 degree angle.

Do three sets, 15 times each set.

Go on your knees and stretch your hands outwards so you feel a stretch on your back. Hold that position for 20 seconds and put your right arm under your other arm horizontally until you feel a stretch again. Hold this position for another 20 seconds and repeat on the other side.

Lie down on the floor near a wall and prop your legs up so that your backside touches the wall. Your body should be in a 90 degree angle. Point your toes, make sure your legs are straight and tighten your core. Hold in this position for 5 minutes.
